How to cheat at self doubt and get away with it.

Sick of feeling doubtful? Here are some self doubt cheats for you :)
1 Self doubt starts with a thought. The only way you can EVER possibly doubt yourself, is when you THINK something. Here is the juiciest tip you will ever get! You can control your thoughts! So, if you are saying something negative to yourself about yourself, you can change it! 2 Like most things you nurture, they will grow! Have you ever heard the saying, what you focus on expands? Well, if you want to cheat self doubt, the best thing to do is to change what you are thinking! Replace it! The exact opposite is normally a good start. EG: I can't do this, becomes I can do this. It works! You only have to watch kids to know that it works. 3 Practice makes Confidence Just like any skill, if you want to get better at it, you do it more often.
